We keep this simple: we only collect what’s needed to get your order to you, and we don’t sell it.
What We Collect
When you check out, our payment processor, Stripe, collects the following and shares it with us so we can fulfill your order:
- Email address — for your receipt, order confirmation, and shipping updates.
- Name and shipping address — for orders with physical items, so we can ship them. Digital-only orders don’t ask for an address.
- Order details — what you bought, what you paid, and the shipping option you chose.
We don’t require an account, and we don’t run analytics or advertising trackers.
How We Use It
Your information is used solely to process and ship your order, and to email you about it: order confirmations, download links for digital products, shipping and tracking updates, and replies when you contact us. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t use it for marketing.
Payment Processing
Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — that information goes directly to Stripe, subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy.
Services We Use
We share information only with the services needed to run the store:
- Stripe — payment processing and checkout.
- Resend — delivers our order emails.
- Shipping carriers — your name and address go on the shipping label.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website. Like any web host, it may briefly process technical data such as your IP address to serve pages and protect the site.
Your Browser
Your cart, and the shipping destination you pick to estimate shipping, are saved in your own browser’s local storage so they survive a page refresh. The destination is sent to our server only to calculate a shipping quote and isn’t stored.
Product videos are embedded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and the full player loads only when you click play. The preview thumbnail is served from YouTube’s image servers (i.ytimg.com), and once a video is playing, Google’s privacy policy applies to it.
We Don’t Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Full stop.
Data Retention
We keep order records only as long as needed for customer support, accounting, and any applicable legal or tax requirements.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service is intended for adults 18 and over (see our Terms), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
